ICYMI: A Judge Defended Due Process and the Rule of Law
You don’t want to miss this!
Hi friend,
In case you missed it, a federal judge just delivered a powerful reminder that constitutional rights don’t disappear at the border.
U.S. District Judge James Boasberg ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of Venezuelan migrants who were deported under the rarely used Alien Enemies Act without being given a fair hearing. The 137 men were sent to El Salvador’s notorious CECOT prison and later moved to other countries — all without the opportunity to challenge the accusations against them in court.
This ruling is about more than one case. It’s about reaffirming that even sweeping executive power must comply with the Constitution. Due process isn’t optional. It’s foundational.
👉 Add your name to applaud Judge James Boasberg for defending fairness, protecting constitutional rights, and ensuring that justice applies to everyone.
Thank you for standing with us!
In solidarity,
