ICYMI: A Judge Stood Up for Haitian Families and the Rule of Law

You don’t want to miss this!

Hi friend,

In case you missed it, a federal judge just delivered a powerful and deeply human win for justice — and it’s worth taking a moment to recognize it.

U.S. District Judge Ana C. Reyes blocked the Trump administration’s attempt to strip Temporary Protected Status from up to 350,000 Haitian immigrants, stopping a policy rooted in fear-mongering and dehumanizing rhetoric. In a clear and courageous ruling, Judge Reyes called out the administration’s actions for what they were and reminded the court — and the country — who Haitian TPS holders really are: doctors, nurses, engineers, researchers, students, and essential workers contributing every day to our communities.

Thank you for standing with us!

In solidarity,
