ICYMI: States Fight Trump’s Mail Voting Restrictions

You don’t want to miss this!

Hi friend,

Two dozen states and the District of Columbia are back in court challenging new U.S. Postal Service rules that could disrupt mail voting just months before the November midterms. The states argue that Congress never gave USPS the authority to regulate federal elections or determine which voters can receive ballots by mail.

The new requirements are already forcing election officials to redesign ballot envelopes, create new systems, retrain workers, and prepare for potentially more voters showing up in person. With an election approaching, voters deserve clear rules and a process that allows every eligible American to cast their ballot without unnecessary barriers.

Thank you for standing with us!

In solidarity,
