Judge Karin Immergut’s decision ensures the courts can fully review the case before any deployment and prevents Trump’s reckless attempt to militarize peaceful communities. Oregon’s leaders, led by Attorney General Dan Rayfield, have vowed to keep defending state laws, constitutional rights, and the rule of law — and they’re winning.
