The American Federation of Teachers, Communications Workers of America, and United Auto Workers have filed a major lawsuit against the Trump administration’s social media surveillance program — fighting back against political intimidation and unconstitutional spying on immigrants.

And in more good news: Barack Obama is back on the campaign trail to boost Democrats in key states, Mississippi Democrats are on the verge of breaking the GOP’s supermajority, and Hakeem Jeffries is holding Republicans accountable for blocking Rep.-elect Adelita Grijalva from being sworn in.
