Happy Tuesday! A federal appeals court has delivered an important victory for voting rights in California! The Ninth Circuit rejected the Trump Justice Department's attempt to stop the state from counting mail-in ballots from approximately 20,000 registered voters whose citizenship the administration questioned.
👏 Celebrate the appeals court's decision to protect California voters and defend the right to have every eligible ballot counted!
