Happy Monday! A federal judge just delivered a major victory for academic freedom and constitutional rights — blocking the Trump administration from cutting off federal funding to the entire University of California system. 

And today’s good news doesn’t stop there: Indiana Republicans rejected Trump’s push for a rushed redistricting session, an Epstein survivor says “we’re getting stronger” as new documents come to light, and the Nevada Supreme Court ruled that criminal charges against fake electors can move forward.
