Happy Monday! With Election Day just one day away, a federal judge has dismissed the Trump administration's lawsuit seeking to interfere with Alaska's Senate election. U.S. District Judge Sharon Gleason rejected the Justice Department's attempt to separate certain ballots and potentially block certification of the results, warning that the administration's demands would violate Alaskans' right to a secret ballot.

There's even more good news today: Democrats are leading in ballots cast as early voting reaches record levels ahead of the midterms, a federal judge has blocked the Justice Department from threatening election workers, and some adorable NICU babies celebrated Halloween in the cutest little costumes!
