Happy Monday! A coalition of 21 states and Washington, D.C. just sued the Trump administration for unlawfully restricting legal immigrants’ access to SNAP, the nation’s most important anti-hunger program.

And there’s even more good news today: over 220 federal judges have now rejected Trump’s mass detention policy, New Yorkers successfully disrupted an ICE raid before it began, and a Virginia Democrat flipped a key state legislative seat!
