Happy Monday! Twenty states are standing up for workers, patients, and the rule of law by suing the Trump administration over its unlawful $100,000 H-1B visa fee — a move that would worsen shortages for doctors, nurses, teachers, and researchers across the country.

And that’s just the start: Republicans are hitting new roadblocks in their redistricting plans, Congress passed a bill restoring federal workers’ bargaining rights, and Kilmar Abrego Garcia is finally out of ICE custody with his head held high.
