Happy Thursday! The governors of Massachusetts and Rhode Island are demanding Trump’s treasury secretary refund tariff dollars to the American people. A federal judge recently ruled that the Trump administration must refund tariff payments to corporations, but these state governors are insisting that we the people get the money we’re owed.

There’s more momentum today: Support for a data center moratorium is growing, Democrats have won another special election in a deep red district, “old age protesters” are hitting the streets, and dogs and inmates are improving each others’ lives.
