Happy Monday! Missouri voters fought to protect reproductive freedom, and now a judge has struck down nearly all of the state’s abortion restrictions, clearing the way for expanded access to care and allowing medication abortion to return to Missouri for the first time in years.

👏 Applaud the advocates, healthcare providers, and Missourians who worked tirelessly to defend reproductive rights and ensure that the will of the voters is respected.

There’s more good news today: a judge is allowing lawsuits challenging Trump’s attack on mail voting to move forward, Arizona judges have paused efforts to give an election denier more control over Maricopa County elections, and Barack and Michelle Obama surprised visitors at their new presidential center.
