In the face of Republican efforts in Texas to rig districts for partisan gain, California is striking back to ensure fair representation and protect our democracy.

And in more good news: Oregon has rejected the DOJ’s request for private voter data, citing fears of unlawful use, Democrats scored another big Senate recruiting win, and a federal judge ordered the Trump administration to restore crucial research funding to UCLA.
