Happy Wednesday! ABC and Disney are taking the FCC to court, alleging that the Trump administration has used investigations and broadcast license reviews to retaliate against the network over news coverage, political commentary, and comedy it doesn’t like.

There’s even more encouraging news today: a federal appeals court ruled that age-based restrictions on mail voting are unconstitutional, the Texas Senate race has shifted to a toss-up in Fox News’ midterm forecast, and Minnesota is fighting to extradite an ICE agent accused of breaking the law so he can face charges.
