Happy Wednesday! In a powerful defense of fair representation, Democrats have launched a sweeping legal offensive to stop Trump’s gerrymandering agenda. From Texas to Ohio, lawsuits are already underway to challenge GOP maps that dilute the voices of communities of color and tilt elections in Republicans’ favor. 

And in more good news: Connecticut and Rhode Island are suing to stop Trump’s assault on clean energy, a second court has blocked his discriminatory passport policy targeting transgender Americans, and an all-female fire crew made history in New Mexico.
