In a powerful stand for science and community health, New Jersey has joined with other Northeast states to launch a new public health collaborative — creating science-based vaccine guidance at a time when Trump and RFK Jr. are undermining federal health leadership. This alliance will help keep families safe, strengthen preparedness, and protect the future of public health.

And in more good news: a judge has blocked the deportation of Guatemalan children, Democrats are moving to reverse Trump’s cruel $1 trillion Medicaid cuts, and young climate activists are challenging Trump’s reckless fossil fuel agenda in court.
